Washington Hills

Washington Hills is located in the prestigious area of North Escondido, on Washington Avenue west of Bear Valley Parkway, in the City of Escondido, California. This 59-acre in-fill site is nestled in the foothills of Escondido just below Dixon Lake, with many of the lots offering dramatic views across the valley. Lot sizes range from 5,000 SF to 25,000 SF, and all lots are set up for 50-foot product which allows one model complex to be utilized. The Washington Hills site was sold with a tentative map in place. RMCI was responsible for processing the entitlements and for overseeing the development of the project.
