Valencia Ranch Valencia Ranch is located near the border of Bonsall and Fallbrook in north San Diego County, on the northwest corner of Olive Hill Road and Puerto De Lomas. The project is a 144-acre, 38-lot development with a final map. The site consists of rolling terrain and was a working citrus grove. The lots range in size from two to fifteen acres, averaging 3.5 acres, with usable pad areas ranging in size from 12,000 to 22,000 square feet. The property sits high on a hillside above the valley and offers spectacular views from most of the home sites. With the exception of the necessary street improvements and the grading of the home sites and view corridors, the majority of the citrus grove will be preserved and will provide a natural setting and a privacy barrier between the homes. The Valencia Ranch site was purchased with a tentative map in place. RMCI was responsible for processing the entitlements and for overseeing the development of the project, which was sold just prior to Final Map approval.
