Stanley Heights

Stanley Heights is a level 4.63 acre property located east of Interstate 15 near the intersection of Stanley Avenue and Ash Street. The project is in a rural portion of Escondido, California, adjacent to new developments to the east and rural country land to the north and west, and is in close proximity to freeways, shopping and schools.

A tentative map for 15 lots is in process, and RMCI is working with adjacent property owners to process its annexation to the City of Escondido. Based on market research, the proposed homes are expected to sell in the mid- to high- $700,000s for approximately 3,000 square feet. The homes in this project will be marketed to potential buyers in North San Diego County looking for the tranquility of the country with the convenience of city living.
