Paulette Botti, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, joined RMCI in 1997 and is the manager responsible for office administration, human resources, contract management, finance and budgeting functions. She holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix with an emphasis in Finance. Since 1978, she has held responsible positions in financial management, marketing and finance. Paulette's experience includes marketing jumbo mortgage products while managing the San Diego Division of a national secondary mortgage company; serving as Vice President and General Manager for the Hawaiian Division of an underwater communications and equipment firm while simultaneously heading up finance and marketing for all its divisions; and marketing annuity products in New York City. Her early experience ranged from work as a fashion showroom manager to being an architectural photographer's representative in New York City.
