Seven Oaks Estates

Seven Oaks Estates is a gently sloping 7.62 acre property located just east of Interstate 15 at the intersection of Seven Oaks Road and Rock Springs Road in the City of Escondido, California. The project has an approved Tentative Map for 27 lots, approximately 10,500 square feet each, and the Final Map, grading plan and improvement plan are in plan check. The property is adjacent to an established subdivision to the east and to a newer home development to the north, and is in close proximity to freeways, shopping and schools.
