Poinsettia Ranch

Poinsettia Ranch is an appealing 28-acre property located on the east of Poinsettia Avenue between La Mirada Drive and Linda Vista Drive, in the city of San Marcos, California. The proposed development will consist of 58 detached single-family homes, with lot sizes from 5,000 to 11,000 sf.

The Poinsettia Ranch site was sold with a Tentative Map in place. RMCI was responsible for processing the entitlements and for managing the development of the project.
